Territory: Durham Region, Markham, Vaughan, Barrie, Newmarket
Salary: $55,000-$60,000

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-driven role focused primarily on prospecting, meeting clients on-site, and closing new business across the Oshawa and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting in-person meetings and walkthroughs, and presenting customized service solutions for both cleaning and commercial building services. While some light inside sales work (follow-ups, CRM updates) is required, this role is primarily outside sales focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and territory development.
Conduct on-site client visits, building walkthroughs, and needs assessments.
Deliver professional sales presentations and customized service proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage pipeline and track activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle (car allowance provided).
Experience in cleaning or facility services is an asset, but not required.
