Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-driven role focused primarily on prospecting, meeting clients on-site, and closing new business across the Oshawa and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting in-person meetings and walkthroughs, and presenting customized service solutions for both cleaning and commercial building services. While some light inside sales work (follow-ups, CRM updates) is required, this role is primarily outside sales focused.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and territory development.
  •  Conduct on-site client visits, building walkthroughs, and needs assessments.
  •  Deliver professional sales presentations and customized service proposals.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  •  Manage pipeline and track activities using CRM tools.
  •  Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
  •  Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth goals.

Requirements:
  •  Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development preferred.
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  •  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  •  Valid driver’s license.
  •  Reliable vehicle (car allowance provided).
  •  Experience in cleaning or facility services is an asset, but not required.
