Territory: Durham Region, Markham, Vaughan, Barrie, Newmarket
Salary: $55,000-$60,000

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-driven role focused primarily on prospecting, meeting clients on-site, and closing new business across the Oshawa and surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting in-person meetings and walkthroughs, and presenting customized service solutions for both cleaning and commercial building services. While some light inside sales work (follow-ups, CRM updates) is required, this role is primarily outside sales focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and territory development.
- Conduct on-site client visits, building walkthroughs, and needs assessments.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and customized service proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage pipeline and track activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle (car allowance provided).
- Experience in cleaning or facility services is an asset, but not required.
