Inside Sales Representative – Building Services

GCBS Group is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Building Services division.

This is a high-volume outbound sales role focused on connecting with commercial businesses, identifying opportunities, and booking qualified meetings for our Outside Sales Team.

About GCBS Group:

GCBS Group provides professional building and property services to commercial clients across the GTA and surrounding areas. Our Building Services division supports businesses and properties with a range of facility maintenance, repair, and improvement services.

We are continuing to grow our commercial client base and are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can help create new opportunities for our Outside Sales Team.

The Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be outbound prospecting and appointment setting.

You will research and contact prospective commercial clients, connect with key decision-makers, introduce GCBS Group's Building Services capabilities, identify potential needs, and book qualified meetings for our Outside Sales Representatives.

This position requires someone who is comfortable making a high volume of calls and understands that consistency, persistence, and strong communication are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 300+ outbound prospecting calls per week.
Book a target of 8–10 qualified sales meetings per week for the Outside Sales Team.
Prospect commercial businesses and properties throughout our target markets.
Connect with key decision-makers, including Property Managers, Facility Managers, Operations Managers, Building Managers, and business owners.
Introduce GCBS Group and our Building Services capabilities.
Ask effective qualifying questions to identify current needs, upcoming projects, service issues, and potential opportunities.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and prospects to secure meetings.
Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, follow-ups, and meetings in the company CRM.
Coordinate with Outside Sales Representatives to ensure meetings are properly qualified and handed off.
Meet weekly activity and appointment-setting targets.
Develop a strong understanding of GCBS Group's services and ideal commercial client profile.

Previous experience in inside sales, outbound calling, appointment setting, business development, lead generation, commercial services, construction, property management, or facility services is considered an asset.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured primarily through:

300+ outbound calls per week.
8–10 qualified meetings booked per week.
Quality of meetings and opportunities generated.
Consistent prospect follow-up.
Accurate CRM activity and pipeline management.

Target Market

This is a B2B commercial sales position. Prospecting will focus on organizations and properties that may require ongoing or project-based building services, including:

Commercial and industrial properties.
Warehouses and distribution facilities.
Office buildings.
Property management companies.
Condominium corporations and management firms.
Retail and commercial facilities.
Manufacturing facilities.
Other commercial property owners and operators.
