Generations Cleaning, headquartered in Durham Region, specializes in offering comprehensive commercial and industrial cleaning services throughout Ontario. Our diverse clientele comprises commercial spaces, retail outlets, offices, condominiums, and warehouses.
Currently, we're seeking a part-time light-duty cleaner for a condominium in Toronto. We're searching for an individual who embodies a positive attitude, maintains a friendly demeanor, and demonstrates a strong work ethic along with relevant experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Time: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Rate: $17.75 per hour
Location: Toronto
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning Common Areas: Thoroughly clean and maintain all common areas within the condominium premises, ensuring they are consistently neat and hygienic.
- Lobby Maintenance: Keep the lobby area spotless by dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, as well as ensuring all furniture and fixtures are clean and presentable.
- Corridor Care: Regularly clean corridors, including wiping down surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and removing any debris or litter to maintain a tidy environment.
- Elevator Cleaning: Ensure elevators are clean, sanitized, and free from any dirt or marks, providing residents and visitors with a pleasant and hygienic transportation experience.
- Laundry Room Management: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry room, including wiping down machines, removing lint, and ensuring detergent and supplies are adequately stocked.
- Outdoor Grounds Upkeep: Perform tasks such as sweeping walkways, removing leaves or debris, and ensuring outdoor areas are free from litter or hazards to maintain an attractive exterior appearance.
- Garbage Room Care: Manage garbage rooms by regularly emptying bins, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring proper disposal of waste, contributing to a clean and odor-free environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Minimum of 3 years of cleaning experience.
- Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
