Generations Cleaning is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Building Cleaners to join our evening cleaning team in Markham, ON. If you take pride in keeping buildings clean, safe, and welcoming, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Title: Commercial Building Cleaner
Location: Markham, ON
Job Type: Part-Time
Shift: 6:00pm-10:00pm x2

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Building Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial office buildings, including:

Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms.
Cleaning lobbies, entrances, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas.
Cleaning tenant office suites.
Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.
Dusting surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
Emptying garbage and recycling bins.
Restocking washroom and janitorial consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
Spot cleaning glass, doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
Reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages.
Following all company safety procedures and cleaning standards.

Qualifications:

Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Strong attention to detail.
Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and repetitive movements.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Reliable transportation to and from work is an asset.
