We are currently hiring two Commercial Cleaners for a school location in Toronto. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Details:
- Position: Commercial Cleaner (Part-Time)
- Location: Toronto, ON (school facility)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (20 hours/week)
- Wage: $17.75/hour
- Employment Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the daily cleaning and disinfecting of a variety of school areas including:
- Classrooms and instructional spaces.
- Administrative and office areas.
- Washrooms.
- Corridors, stairwells, and lobbies.
- Lounge, kitchenette, and multipurpose rooms.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
- Emptying and relining waste bins.
- Restocking supplies.
- General tidying and resetting of spaces.
A full scope of work will be provided during training.
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow routine procedures with attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- A clear background check may be required due to the school environment.
